PFRDA Officer Grade A Selection Process 2026

Phase I → Phase II → Interview
Phase I is essentially a screening stage. Its marks are used for shortlisting candidates for Phase II but are not added to the final selection score.
The final merit is prepared using Phase II and Interview marks.
- Phase I — Online Screening Examination (2 papers, 100 marks each)
- Phase II — Online Examination (2 papers, 100 marks each)
- Phase III — Interview
Thus, candidates should not focus only on clearing Phase I. Performance in Phase II carries the major weightage of 85% in the final selection.
