📄 About this recruitment
Indian Army has released the official notification for the 68th Short Service Commission (Technical) Women Course commencing in April 2027. This recruitment is open for unmarried female engineering graduates and widows of defence personnel. Selected candidates will undergo 49 weeks of pre-commission training at the Officers Training Academy (OTA), Gaya, Bihar. During the training period, candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 56,100. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be commissioned as Lieutenants with a pay scale of Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500. This is an excellent opportunity for female engineering graduates to build a prestigious career in the Indian Armed Forces.
